CascadeScope End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Capgemini Engineering Research and Development S.A.S. is a French simplified
joint-stock company whose registered office is at 145-151 quai du Président
Roosevelt, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. It provides CascadeScope under
the Open Cascade name. In these terms, "Open Cascade" refers to Capgemini
Engineering Research and Development S.A.S.

By selecting Agree and continue, or by downloading, installing, accessing, or
using CascadeScope after these terms are made available, you agree to these
terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, access, or use
CascadeScope.

You enter into this EULA as an individual or on behalf of an organization. If
you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it
to these terms. If you do not have that authority, you must not accept on its
behalf or use CascadeScope for it.

1. Limited License

Subject to these terms, Open Cascade grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use
the unmodified CascadeScope application solely for your internal evaluation
and demonstration of its capabilities.

This evaluation license is provided free of charge and requires no royalty or
license fee.

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, publish, make
available, or use CascadeScope for commercial exploitation. You may not modify,
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract components from, or create
derivative works of CascadeScope, except to the limited extent that applicable
law prohibits those restrictions.

Without prior written authorization from Open Cascade, you may not use
CascadeScope in production, industrial, operational, safety-critical, or
revenue-generating processes; to create customer deliverables; to provide
services to third parties; or for demonstrations to customers or the public.

Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted,
including applicable rights to make necessary backup copies, observe or test
the operation of the application, or obtain information necessary for
interoperability.

3. Ownership

CascadeScope is licensed, not sold. Open Cascade and its licensors retain
all right, title, and interest in CascadeScope and its accompanying materials.

4. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASCADESCOPE IS PROVIDED
"AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR
STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE CASCADESCOPE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPEN CASCADE SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, OR COSTS WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE, OR FOR LOSS OF
PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO CASCADESCOPE OR ITS USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES, CLAIMS, COSTS, OR LOSSES. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY
LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED, INCLUDING THE
LIABILITIES IDENTIFIED IN SECTION 8.

6. Third-Party Materials

CascadeScope may include third-party materials identified in accompanying
notices. The terms that apply to those materials are provided with the
delivery. Nothing in this license limits rights that must be made available
under an applicable third-party license.

7. Term And Termination

This evaluation license continues until terminated under these terms. Open
Cascade may terminate it at any time by notice made available through the
application, the website from which it is provided, or another delivery
channel used to provide CascadeScope to you. It terminates automatically if
you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using
CascadeScope and delete all copies in your possession or control.

8. Mandatory Rights And Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy,
warranty, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded,
restricted, or modified. In particular, no provision excludes liability for
fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury
where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Support, Maintenance, And Updates

This evaluation license does not entitle you to support, maintenance, updates,
availability, or continued access. Open Cascade may provide, change, or
discontinue any of them at its discretion. A new application version may be
subject to revised terms presented for acceptance before use.

10. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-
laws principles, except to the extent that mandatory applicable law provides
otherwise. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction
under applicable law.

11. Entire Agreement And Severability

These terms and the accompanying notices form the entire agreement concerning
the licensed use of CascadeScope. If a provision is held unenforceable, it
shall be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions
remain in effect.
