A beginer Working with WOK

Hi,
I have a problem of writing and executing c++ commands in WOK. I want to test c++ programs in WOK, for which I need to enter into the Software Factory (where i can create my own workshop, workbench and packages to work with commands). It is not allowing me to run any type of command. Can anybody help me in solving this problem?
