TopoDS_Face represented by natural bound surface or bounded by wire surface?
There are way - sweep or pipe creating. For me not clear the input and avairing result.

Bend the plane according to the trajectory line
I need some help with surface modeling, if I have a TopoDS_Face and a reasonable trajectory line (curve), how can I bend this face from a side angle according to this trajectory line to get a curved surface model. (This foundation plane does not have tensile properties, please do not use the stretching method)
