BRepAlgoAPI_Cut with coincident faces

Hello Team,
Sometimes I have strange result for BRepAlgoAPI_Cut operation if extrusions are have the same height (some faces are placed inside of faces of second solid). It produces not simple hole, but leaves cut faces.

In my opinion there should be some accuracy parameter for operation.

Could you help me with it ?
