The Foundation for Support to Technical Services, Teaching and Promotion of Research (Fundação ASTEF) is a Brazilian non-profit private entity dedicated to the provision of services aimed at scientific and technological development. Fundação ASTEF was established by the Scientific Technical Association Engenheiro Paulo de Frontin (ASTEF) on June 22, 2007, approved by the University Council of the Federal University of Ceará and the Ministry of Education as a Support Foundation of this University. The ASTEF Foundation develops a dialogue for present and future projects, seeking to maintain a good relationship with the supported institutions.
The ASTEF Foundation has already managed more than 200 projects in 14 years of excellence in research, teaching and extension project management.
