96_FAQ.chm problem

I solved the problem. Now I can read the file.
I downloaded the file using CuteFTP 7 Professional.
I know that there are some problems if you download files (.chm, .exe, ...) using Internet Explorer.

The FAQ pages can not be read for me. What is the correct way to download? Can someone send me a working one?

Its one of those marvellous new Windows security features.

From Windows explorer right click on the chm file and select Properties. I can't remember which tab its on, but you will see a message on one of the tabs that says that this file has been downloaded from another server and there's a button that allows you to accept and use the file. Once you've enabled it, htmlhelp will run it fine.
