Whole-site search uses Pagefind, distributed under the MIT licence. Its JavaScript, WebAssembly and search index are hosted on occt3d.com. Searches run in your browser without contacting a third-party search provider.
The complete copyright and licence notices supplied with the installed Pagefind package are included with the search bundle.
Website fonts
The website includes Noto Sans font files, distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The files are hosted on occt3d.com and no external font service is contacted when a page is opened.
The font files are redistributed without modification. The copyright notice and complete licence text are available through the links below.

Website software
The website is generated using Astro and TypeScript together with open-source build dependencies. Those tools are used to produce the public files and do not change the licence terms applicable to Open CASCADE Technology, DevTools, samples, documentation or other downloadable products.
JavaScript delivered as part of a particular browser application remains subject to the notices supplied with that application.
GitHub mark
The official GitHub Invertocat mark is used only on links to the OCCT project on GitHub. GitHub and the Invertocat mark are trademarks of GitHub, Inc. Their use does not imply GitHub endorsement of OCCT3D or its services.
Documentation software
The OCCT documentation includes output produced with Doxygen and a static search index produced with Pagefind. Mathematical expressions in documentation are rendered with MathJax. Applicable copyright notices and licence texts are provided with the published documentation.
The generated OCCT documentation and the Open CASCADE Technology source material that it describes remain subject to their respective copyright and licence notices.
CascadeScope
CascadeScope includes third-party software. Copyright notices and licence terms supplied with the application apply to that software.
The application notice identifies the libraries and other third-party material included in the published browser package. Those notices apply in addition to the terms applicable to CascadeScope itself.
Interactive OCCT examples
Interactive technical examples include Open CASCADE Technology compiled to WebAssembly. OCCT is used in these examples under a commercial licence granted by OPEN CASCADE SAS. Applicable third-party notices are supplied with the browser package.
Downloads and products
Open CASCADE Technology, DevTools, samples and other downloadable products may have their own licence terms and notices. The terms supplied with the relevant download govern that software and take precedence over this website notice where they differ.
