arc of conic

Hi,

I would like to create a 2d arc (or segment) of a conic.

The controls are: Point A, Point B, tangent angle at point A, tangent angle at point B and the conic constant (rho).

This type of object exist in commecial CAD packages (Proe, Solidworks,..)
