Maybe your two wire has different number of the edges, try give it two same edges wire.
It work for me.

BRepOffsetAPI_ThruSections problem
I am trying to use BRepOffsetAPI_ThruSections on 2 wires that are not in parallel planes; however, it does not work. Does BRepOffsetAPI_ThruSections work only for wires in parallel planes?
