I guess your device doesn't support ARM64 applications. Try installing ARM32 version from archives from application home site (not from Google Play).

It's not possible to install CAD Assistant v1.6.0 on a Google Nexus 7 (2013) running Android 7.1 or 11. Google Play states that this application isn't compatible with that device. However, it runs on a Google Nexus 5X (Android 8.1) without any problems.
Does anyone know how to run it on a Nexus 7?
