Is it possible to run CADRays on windows 7 or am I missing something?

I am running CADRays on Windows 7 64-bit without problems.
> Make sure to download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 Redistributable.
> download CADRays and unzip in a location of your choice.
> launch "CADRays.EXE"-File in the directory where you just unzipped the CADRays-Files

I have the same problem, but with windows 10 (64-bit).
The error-message is like this => see attachment (sorry, its in german language)
I have installed: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 Redistributable.
in the version: 14.0.23026.0
But there are much more version vom Visual C installed:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 x64 Redistributable
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 x64 Redistributable
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 x86 Redistributable
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 Redistributable
Is THAT the problem? I thought i need this all....
When i will start cadrays.exe the errormessage is coming.
What can i do?

Do you see any error when starting an application?
Have you installed specified C++ runtime libraries?
