I have been trying to get in contact with Open Cascade client service to get information about the commercial components.

I have tried to use the web contact form and have also tried to use the client service email address, but have this far received no response. We need to proceed with our evaluation of geometry kernel, and we now risk to have to rule Open Cascade due to lack of response.

Does anyone have advice on how to get in contact with Open Cascade client service?

Hello, the most preffered contact form is Open Cascade, part of Capgemini

Unfortunatelly, client-service team is busy and response times may be a little long.

But you can use a direct mail [email removed]

Then it seems I have used the correct contact routes. We have waited for response for 10 days now, do you know how long response time that is expected?

Usually less than 1 week. But august was a vocation season.
