The Data Exchange User's Guide is missing from your Cas3.0 PR3 distribution.

Hi Christof,
Given that there is no entry for such a document in the table of contents, I don't understand your mail.
That said, there are two user's guides which to my knowledge have not been announced, and which are going to be published in week 11.

It is mentioned in the reference manual at the IGESControlStd_Reader class describtion.
