INSTALL BINARY WOK PACKAGE

Hello ;
When I tried to install WOK on widows 64 , after I did the required settings for VC9 and 3rdparty libraries .. I got these errors:
1) Error:'freetype.lib' not found (FreeType2)
2) Error:'ftgl.lib' not found (FTGL)
3) Error:'freetype.dll' not found (FreeType2)
4) Error:'ftgl.dll' not found (FTGL)

any help would be appreciated ....
how to get these files????
