Hi,

I'm wondering if it is possible to get some more information about tickets with limited access?
I'm particular interested in this ticket

which is related to this commit

I have seen this discussion

and I can totally understand the reasons why not all tickets are public.

But sometimes information from the tickets might help to understand the bug fix.

We have checked the issue #29599; it does not contain any sensitive data, so it is now publicly visible.
