Location different for Face

I would be happy to advise you on how to deal with this problem,
This is the first time I have this, I don't know how to do it to completely eliminate the difficulty?

I read the model from the step file that I have attached.

My step file download: STEP FILE

Next select FACE and save it on the list in memory, go to the list, then read and place this FACE on the screen.

The model from the file and the face have different location transformations and this causes the FACE to be rotated.

After reading, the model must be displayed as the designer placed it, but I want each of its parts to be able to be zeroed out of the transformation, so that subsequent operations on FACE or EDGE do not require starting the rotation or occurrence.

Is there a good solution?
