Problem adding relations to Mantis issues

Hello,

when I try to add a relation to an issue (parent of, related to etc.) Mantis ends up with the message:

504 Gateway Time-out
nginx/0.7.67

This is something new (but in the last days it happens every time I want to add a relation).

Nevertheless, this problem is not critical because Mantis still adds the desired relation to the specified issue.

Hello Author,

Problem has been fixed.
So you can try the new behavior of Mantis tracker.

Hi Igor,

thanks for the info.

Since then I didn't have to add any relations so I waited with the confirmation.

However, for the past two days OCCT servers (dev site + mantis + issue messages on GitWeb) run very unstable and I get the 'time-out-message' very often.

Do you think the problem could be on your side?

Hello Author,

That is true, we have some troubles (delays) in Mantis operation caused by recent reconfiguration of servers. We are going to roll back some changes in a coming hours and hope this will restore normal operation. We shall notify when done. Sorry for inconvenience!

It sounds like you’re experiencing a recurring timeout issue when adding relations in Mantis. Have you checked with your IT team or hosting provider to investigate the root cause of these timeouts?
