Problem with creating fillets

Hi,

I am trying to create a fillet between the two faces of the attached shape. I can create a fillet with a radius of 0.5 mm, but I would like to create fillets around 1 mm - 5 mm on this shape, which fails.

Can somebody please advice on how to get it working? Any help is appreciated.

Here is another sample. Similar shape, different dimensions. Looks like OpenCASCADE cannot fillet shapes like this.

The second shape I added above can create a fillet with 0.1mm radii (see the picture). However, it cannot do more than that. I would like to add a 1-2 mm fillet here.
