rect offset failed ，so sample，but error

thanks all，"rect.brep" is a 4 bspline‘s wire，offset by BRepOffsetAPI_MakeOffset (0.002, GeomAbs_Intersection,false) is failed,tested at ver 6.8 and 7.4, omg
