Request to support T-splines
This ticket is a request to enable support for t-splines in a fully-fledged way, meaning implementing conversion from and to NURBS in various flavours (lossy/lossless), supporting at least the STEP import/export wrt the newest primitives T_SPLINE_SURFACE /T_IMAGE etc
