I want to have the complete MESH Object as an TopoDS_Shape object. The function GetShapeToMesh() is not what I want ;)

i have a problem. I have generated a SMSH_Mesh object. My question is, is there any possibility to convert this SMESH_Mesh object to a TopoDS_Shape object?
