OpenCASCADE is a solid modeling library, so there is no real way to "start" it unless you write an application that uses it. There are several samples and a test harness that are executables. The samples can be found in the "samples" directory under your load point. The test harness is called DRAWEXE and can be found in the "ros/xxx/bin" directory, where "xxx" is based on your system architecture.
