Stuck at STEPCAFControl_Reader::Perform when reading a Stp file (OCCT 7_8_1)

Usually, I read STP files using STEPCAFControl_Reader, and most of the files work without any issues.

However, when I try to read the STP file from the link, the program gets stuck at the STEPCAFControl_Reader::Perform .
