Where is StlAPI_Writer

It seems that the files StlAPI_Writer.hxx and VrmlAPI_Writer.hxx, and presumably the code to implement the writing of STL or VMRL files is missing from version 4.0. Either that or I've missed something in my download.

Does anyone know anything about this?
