Regression in dev as compare C40 (bad tolerance after fixshape)
Description
After translation file Attachment 1 (STP) in dev we obtain
shape with tolerance 666.33. If we translating this file in C40
we receive shape with tolerance 0.0195. Tolerance of shape in
dev is injured during performing ShapeFix.
