Contituity() for Geom_Curve

It is apparent that the function Contituity() for Geom_Curve is not working
properly sometimes. As I had a curve (obtained by offsetting) which had an
obvious cusp on it, when I called Contituity() on it, it returned GeomAbs_C1 to
me! It could only be GeomAbs_C0.
