Regression in KAS:dev:ros comparong with ros of 2002.

Dear Commenter 1, Dear Pavel,

I have found that we have a number of regressions on STEP and IGES translator in
KAS:dev:ros for the moment, comparing with KAS:dev:ros of Noverber 2002.
I manage that it could be changes in BRepCheck operation and something more,
cause we have no any integration to ros from DET side.
It have to be analysed and corrected.
MOREOVER, I propose to Data Exchange team test their translator for at least
onec per mounth, to detect regressions that could be missed by QA team.
