Regressions after improvement performance

There are regressions after improvement performance for two files:

Improvements:
We receive acceleration of translation some STEP and IGES files. Result average
acceleration for STEP(~820 files) is about 22% and for IGES(~250 files) is about
19% (after completing project).
Modified entities:
We had corrected many classes from many packages but all of them are not special
description in official techical documentation. In case of correction anybody
method of any class using of this method is not changed.
