Problems during translation IGES files
Description
There are discrepancies between the results of reading an IGES file in ros and in Products (in terms of CPU and tolerance).

Initialization of XTControl_Controller in the new test horness. Unification of
the results in IGES tests in Products. Commentin read.sameparameter.mode in
order to perform all the translation with the same value of this parameter
