Conversion of double value to string is performed with loose of precision in XmlMDataStd_RealDriver
Description
On conversion of a double value to string (transient to persistent) in
XmlMDataStd_RealDriver the precision is lost (4 digits remain only!). The bug is
similar to OCC6010.

In Attachment 1 (CXX) changed the way of conversion of a double value
into string equivalent. Now it doesn't loose precision at all.
