FixShape does not fix an edge with invalid SameRange flag
Description
The problem edge is a seam edge on a spherical face. Its range is:
3d curve: 2*PI, 2*PI + PI/2
pcurves: 0, PI/2
But it has SameRange and SameParameter flags set.
FixShape does not heal this shape, while fsameparameter command does.
To reproduce, please, execute the attached draw script. The shape is also
attached. This shape is given from //shamox/users_SUN/det/files/BUC60393.rle.
