New features:
A new tool for checking arguments of Boolean operations was implemented.
This tool allows to find out if the Boolean operation can not be performed with
given arguments or Boolean operations algorithm can not succeed due to its
limitations.
It has different options to manage parameters of checking and output format.
It assumes that the given shapes are topologically valid (by checkshape tool).
