Regress in dev:ros for case xml 002 D2 after 25.06.2005

It was before in log (default in case: cpulimit 1500):

CPU user time: 21.36 seconds
CPU system time: 0.42 seconds
... The peak memory consumed: 24920 KB
Really it took up ~10 min.

Now it is killed by cpulimit 1500, so to reproduce it needs to cut off:

CPU system time: 0.28 seconds
... The peak memory consumed: 51896 KB

No difference, except memory, but if start chrono:
Elapsed time: 7 Hours 33 Minutes 13.9015 Seconds
CPU user time: 17799.4 seconds
CPU system time: 360.42 seconds
