Uses uninitialized fileds in ProjLib_Fuction class
Description
ProjLib_ComputeApprox.cxx line 823 (I guess that line 820 too) uses uninitialized
fileds (myU1, myU2, myV1, myV2). But they are important in Function_Value method.
Please set default values to them. Additionally, seems that thier initial values
should depends on initialised surface (if I am not wrong).
