Impossible of correct import/export sequence of operations
Description
This bug is reproduced on HAMMER example from CASCADE distributive.
In particular, there is Attachment 1 (IGES). (See the attachments)
Import Attachment 1 (IGES). All is OK.
Export face_28 to step format. All is OK.
Import face_28.step. There is exception.

Improvements:
Problem was due to cutting string having length more then 72 symbols. Now this
situation is corrected.
