Minor corrections in several classes (AIS, TColStd, PrsMgr, OSD)
Description
This record is created for integratioon of several corrections in a few OCC
classes (packages AIS, TColStd, PrsMgr, OSD) related to minor problems
encountered during wrapping these classes to C# with SWIG:
- unimplemented methods (either removed or implemented)
- incorrect method alias and problematic friend declaration corrected
- several unused classes removed from TColStd
