During JNI generation WOK reports "Failed" final status

Environment: WNT, OCC631.
During JNI library building WOK reports:

=====> com.demo:exec.rename

Info : Step exec.rename is up to date
Info : ------------------ Process report ------------------
Info : Failed com.demo (xcpp.javac )
Info : ----------------------------------------------------
dbadmfile

Although the corresponding lib and dll are generated (link step is successful).
It seems internal problem of WOK process finalization.

The log file 'Attachment 1 (LOG)" is attached.
Also attached corresponding units to reproduce the problem.
