Some changes in BRepMesh_Classifier
Description
After some analysis of BRepMesh_Classifier code is proposed to implement the
next code changes:
* remove copy/paste from constructor etc
* remove check on natural restriction from this class, and usage of this field
from BRepMesh_FastDiscreteFace
