VPR tests group regression on windows platform.
Description
During creating a reference database following regression cases were found:

I have checked test results, and at least some of them are green (AFAIU the test were re-run on 19.07.2011).
Please, close the issue or let's think together what is the reason for that massive regression!

Sorry, I looked at the wrong test group, the problematic ones are still red...
