Introduce support of MS Visual Studio 2012
Description
We start receiving requests for support of MS Visual Studio 2012 from our current and prospective customers. Thus, we need to introduce this support ASAP.

Generation of projects for OCCT and compilation work well; tests pass also well except 3rdparty export which fail in my case due to using GL2PS library built with VC 9.
Please prepare binaries of 3rdparty tools built with VC 11, and update / test samples for this version.

The OCCT CR23563 branch has been also added
3rdparty products freetype 2.4.10, ftgl 2.1.3, gl2ps 1.3.5 and freeimage 3.14.1 has been compiled with vc11 in 32 and 64 bit mode.
tbb41_20121003oss has been downloaded and installed.
This tbb package contains binaries for vc9, vc10 and vc11. So if we are going to support vc8 it must be compiled from source files.
Theirs location is \\slotex\NNT_06\occt-3rdparty\occt653products.
QT distributive from available for me (4.7.2) is not compiled with vc11 as before with vc10.
Master of occt and occt-products repositories have been successfully compiled with vc11 and then mater of occt has been tested.
Detected one regression:

tbb41_20121003oss has been downloaded and installed.
