checkshape command does not detect problems in the attached shape
Description
checkshape command does not detect that the attached face has a not closed 2d contour.
Steps to reproduce
1. restore Attachment 1 (BREP) f

This problem has been detected during the testing of new Boolean operation algorithm in the case draft angle E5.
By the way, the command checkcurveonsurf finds the error on this face, because definitely check on sameparameter will fail for one of edges of this face.
