Floating-point exceptions on Mac OS X
Description
On Mac OS X the SIGFPE interrupt is not generated for floating point exception.

To reproduce in DRAWEXE:

Added fix to OSD_signal, which should enable SIGFPE interrupts on Mac OS X. However this works only in debug mode.
Due to fix of #0024589 behavior on Mac and other platforms becomes consistent (no FPE by default), hence the issue is considered as not relevant any more
