The resolution cannot be set to "Not a bug"

The resolution of an issue tracker entry cannot be set to "Not a bug", but this option is documented in OCCT Contribution Workflow (http://dev.opencascade.org/sites/default/files/documents/OCCT_ContributionWorkflow_V3.pdf).

"Not a bug" resolutions has been removed from OCCT Contribution Workflow document.
On the get involved page (http://dev.opencascade.org/index.php?q=home/get_involved) still the old workflow document is linked. It was replaced only on the resources page.
All the links are okay now
