Development Portal - recent topics list is outdated for unknown reason
Description
Recent Topics sidebar is expected to present most active topics,
however new posts (in "DirectX support") was not appeared as seen on attached snapshot.

Participants are labeled by their role within this record.
Kirill, as far as I can see, this block displays only "New forum topics" (see the title), not recent topics, thus it is quite logical it does not show thread "DirectX support" that was created 37 weeks 2 days ago (Sun, 2013/06/30).
On the other hand, I see the issue and I'm going to replace this block with the similar "Active forum topics" block - I think it is more useful, too.
