Dear apn, please review CR25653 occt branch

Why patch is hanging on for so long time?

I have built and installed occt on win and lin platforms:

- windows: it seems that all is OK.
All libraries (which are chosen as installed in cmake) were correctly installed, custom_*_.bat file contains empty paths, so local libraries are used and install of occt is totally independent.

- linux: custom_*_.sh file is filled correctly, but symbolic links are copied instead of some libraries (libOpenCl.so, libfreetype.so and libgl2ps.so)
