Modeling Algorithms - nurbsconvert of psphere fails the bopargcheck
Description
the result of a sphere is not usable in boolean operations and fails the bopargcheck. It is reported to contain GeomAbs_C0 in the Face and the SeamEdge (Edge2)
Some booleans work, and carry the on the shape with the reported defect.
Later a boolean with a lofted surface fails.

Steps to reproduce
pload MODELING
psphere s1 10
nurbsconvert ns1 s1
puts [bopargcheck ns1]
# Faulties, that can not be treated by BOP, are detected.
and Attachment 3 (TCL) fails with ErrorStatus : 14 in the last bfuse
