CMake should use units that are required by build OS
Description
Xw unit is used by Unix (except mac os with turned off MACOSX_USE_GLX);
WNT unit is just for windows OS
These units should be added in relevant OCCT toolkit taking into account current OS

I don't see any benefit in excluding of a couple of files from building process.
