Configuration - revise CSF_ macros

It is proposed to revise definitions of symbols used to specify system dependencies of toolkits in OCCT build system, like CSF_advapi32, to make them less platform dependent. This can be made by defining these symbols basing on provided functionality rather than library name. For instance, CSF_ThreadLibs, CSF_advapi32 and CSF_dl may be combined in one (e.g. CSF_system). CSF_user32 + CSF_gdi32 probably have the same purpose as CSF_XwLibs and could be combined to something like CSF_windowing, etc.
