Implement particular case for extrema of line-plane in Extrema_ExtCS
Description
At the line Extrema_ExtCS.cxx:132 there is fall through the general case. The result of computation of Extrema_ExtElCS is ignored in the non-parallel case.
It is needed to check/correct implementation of line-plane in Extrema_ExtElCS and insert 'break' instead of fallthrough in Extrema_ExtCS::Perform.
