Visualization - remove map of AIS_Manipulator from ViewerText
Description
As customization about AIS_Manipulator Start/Transform/Stop has moved into AIS_ViewController, it is not needed having in ViewerTest:
- ViewerTest_MapOfAISManipulators,
- ViewerTest_AISManipulator.
- ViewerTest_MapOfAISManipulators,
- ViewerTest_AISManipulator.
